Hi, we’re Derek and Ruthanne. Our journey in Holt began in 2019, driven by a father’s mission to create a sanctuary for his autistic daughter. Raising six kids, we became dedicated to total transparency—pure, nutrient-dense, and exactly as nature intended.
When we couldn't find a source that met our family's high standards, we decided to become the farmers ourselves. We’ve built this regenerative haven so your family can trust every steak and stem.
